From the reviews
I was recommended by a friend of mine and I am thankful for it. I really love that they offer different memberships and overall my experience was great. The establishment was beautiful and clean. Room that is used for yoga is very well spaced.
I love this studio so much. I am an original hot yoga fan and this is the best place in town for 26&2. I saw some reviews about how strict the classes are. That is the 26&2 practice. It’s amazing and invigorating if that practice speaks to you. If a strict sequence is not your bag, there are options for you too.
First off! The nice lady I forgot her name that was doing the yogi instructions for the class is one tough cookie that’s for sure! She Really gave us a workout and got down to my Bones! I had not stretched like that in years, and it was well overdue and very much needed.
I have felt very welcome from the moment I walked in and Leanne greeted me warmly. Shirley and Leanne were amazing teachers who clearly are passionate about yoga. The exercise was difficult but in a good way.
Your first hot yoga class at Natomas Yoga Studio
Nervous about your first hot class? Almost everyone is, and a good studio expects beginners to walk in the door. Here's what to know. What to expect: the room is heated to around ~105°F, so it feels intense for the first few minutes — rest in child's pose any time you need to, no one will bat an eye. Hydrate: drink water through the day before class, not just as you arrive, and bring a bottle. What to bring: a mat and towel, water, and a change of clothes; wear something light you don't mind sweating through, and skip a heavy meal in the couple of hours beforehand. Arrive 10–15 minutes early to sign in and set up. It gets easier fast — most people say their third class feels completely different from their first.
