I attended Tahnee’s prenatal yoga class during my last pregnancy. I looked forward to it every week! Not only was it great to be around women going through similar experiences but truly feel like the class prepared my mind and body for labor!
Top quality yoga classes taught by top-notch instructors! I always leave class feeling better than I did walking in. They offer a variety of yoga classes in two neighboring studio spaces. I'm a fan of their heated classes in the winter, especially with Rachel. I look forward to returning again soon!
Today was my first time at the poughkeepsie location and WOW! Beautiful beautiful environment!! My first class was with Heather Overholt, and it was absolutely amazing! The perfect pace, and great support throughout it! I will definitely be back to this location!
Great place to practice yoga especially if you are interested in hot yoga. The studio is clean and has many amenities to help with your practice. Special shout out to my teachers Sofia, Kara, Navina, Bridget, Kate, Jen, and Courtney for all of their guidance.

What to expect: the room is heated, so it feels intense for the first few minutes — rest in child's pose any time you need to, no one will bat an eye. Hydrate: drink water through the day before class, not just as you arrive, and bring a bottle. What to bring: a mat and towel, water, and a change of clothes; wear something light you don't mind sweating through, and skip a heavy meal in the couple of hours beforehand. Arrive 10–15 minutes early to sign in and set up. It gets easier fast — most people say their third class feels completely different from their first.
